4 week Mindfulness Course

This course will run for 1 hour a week for 4 weeks. 

It is live, online on Zoom. Cameras off and muted for your privacy and to allow you to relax in the comfort of your own home.

    • Over the 4 weeks, we’ll delve into various methods to connect with your body’s physical and emotional signals.
    • Compassionate awareness is the key to becoming more grounded, enabling you to make decisions that align with your authentic self.
  3. Guided Meditation for Long-lasting Serenity:
    • Conclude each class with a soothing guided meditation, an experience that goes beyond the live session.
    • The guided meditation will be recorded for you, providing a valuable resource to continue your journey of self-discovery beyond the class.
