Make a booking with Loula Natural and get going on the road to improving your health you simply choose the service you are looking for below and book an appropriate time and date. All bookings are to be made at least 24 hours in advance to have time for you to fill out the necessary forms before your meeting.

A session may include Nutrition, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, EFT tapping, Bach Flower remedies, Reiki, Mindfulness or Ear Acupuncture where appropriate.
In-person and online sessions are available. You must read the terms and conditions below when making your appointment.

When making an appointment with Loula Natural please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to.
- 1. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- 2. You must be over 18 to make a booking or be making a booking for someone you are the legal guardian for. All children under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent.
- 3. During covid level restrictions, we are open for in-person health emergencies such as support with pain and mental health support. However you must adhere to the covid safety charter requirements and fill out the corresponding declaration forms and wear a face cover to your appointment. Your contact will be logged for close contact monitoring requirements.
- 4. If you need to cancel your appointment you must do this with 24 hours notice or you will still be charged for your session. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so a new appointment can be arranged.
- 5. Payment for your session is required upfront and you can make payment after your appointment is confirmed here (http://loulanatural,com/shop) or via the invoice sent to you. By making an appointment you are agreeing to the fees shown here.
- 6. All details discussed in your session are strictly confidential and your files are kept safe for up to 7 years.
- 7. When making your booking you must provide an up to date email address or phone number so that you can be contacted in relation to your appointment.
- 8. You agree to fill out all initial health questionnaires sent prior to your session and they will be sent it back 24hours before you are due to meet. The information will be true and to the best of your knowledge and is signed and dated.
- 9. You understand that by booking an appointment you are consenting to your details being used only by Loula Natural to contact you and will not be shared with any other party.
