Directions: Use 20 sprays, 1-2 times a day. Spray on your hands and rub on your feet or legs. It May slightly tingle. Can be used day or night. You can also spray it onto neck, shoulders or back if sore and tired. Combine with some light massage. build a ritual of care and attention for Yourself.
