In a Naturopathic consultation you will learn how to use appropriate tools for your individual needs and goals. You can be sure that the right methods for you will feel easy and fit into your life. Taking steps forward to success for your whole body health and wellbeing. Your personal tool box may be filled with nutrition, herbs, mindfulness tools and lifestyle adjustments, EFT (tapping), Bach Flower Remedies, Ear acupuncture, Reiki, or some mind to muscle reconnections and exercises. All this will be done in collaboration with you and your experienced Naturopath. Give yourself the time and energy with the attention you need to take steps forward in your health and well-being. Each session is designed specifically for you and follows your individual requirements.
An online session will be conducted via Zoom. It will be similar to an in person one to one session, with some physical limitations. During your hour of time, your Naturopath will focus on you and your individual needs and goals. Part of the consultation will include learning new tools for yourself and how to appropriately fit them into your life. It will seem easy and you will quickly notice results. Tools you will learn may include nutrition, herbs, mindfulness tools and lifestyle adjustments, or EFT (tapping), depending on what is right for you. Bach Flower Remedies can be discussed, then posted, and distance Reiki is also available if you require some additional support. This will be decided in collaboration with you and each session is designed exclusively for your benefit.
