Rainbow Breathing

This meditation is an easy one to quieten the mind and to balance the chakras. By focusing your mind on one colour at a time, you are finding a focus for the mind to quieten the other thoughts. If you get distracted, simply return to your breath and just repeat the colour’s name over and over. This is a quick meditation that you can listen to anywhere. The meditation has been recorded with music and without for your own preference.
