The Magnesium chloride used in this spray has been extracted from the Dead sea. This magnesium oil also contains approximately 40% Magnesium Chloride making it a more nutrient dense oil than others on the market.
Ingredients: Distilled Water. Magnesium Chloride (from dead sea origin, may include trace minerals) Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Chamaemelum nobile (Chamomile) essential oils, polysorbate 20 (emulsifier), Arnica Montana (6c homeopathic preparation, lactose) Bach Flowers; Rock Water, Rock Rose. Impatiens and Olive (water , brandy)
Directions: Use 20 sprays, 1-2 times a day. Spray on your hands and rub on your feet or legs. It May slightly tingle. Can be used day or night. You can also spray it onto neck, shoulders or back if sore and tired. Combine with some light massage. build a ritual of care and attention for Yourself.
External use only, do a patch test first. Keep out of eyes and direct sunlight. Ask your practitioner before using in pregnancy or for young children with restless legs, growing pains or sleep support.
