I like to simply pan fry my pork chops in a little melted butter (but you could use coconut oil or olive oil) I also sprinkle a little paprika on the ones for us. Season with salt and pepper before adding to a hot pan with the melted butter.
For the Cabbage I used Savoy Cabbage. Fry off some sliced onion and 2 cloves of garlic. When soft and turning caramel add the sliced cabbage and half a red and yellow bell pepper sliced. I then add a 1/4 cup of stock and stir frequently till cabbage and peppers are soft but still with a bite. Season with salt and pepper and serve with Sweet potato mash and Apple Sauce.
