Orange Peel Gin and Tonic

If you are a parent you will appreciate that cocktail hour is about 4/5 o’clock on saturday afternoon! Especially if you are just back from a day at the pool! We like a good cocktail (our first date was a wicked cocktail bar), now our kids are older ( and no longer breastfeeding!) it is nice to have something for ourselves again- since we never go anywhere!!

Gin and tonic is a drink I have only really appreciated in the last couple of years! Mother’s ruin gin is called! I have looked into making my own tonic water (watch this space the ingredients are on their way!). We love to flavour ours with cucumber and berries or lime and also orange peel. So it makes sense that we would try one with my orange peel powder
