I received my Eat Fresh organic vegetable box;
Here are the contents
1 Bag of carrots
1 bag of Yam leaves
1 bag Romaine lettuce
1 Small Watermelon
1 Summer Squash
1 bag parsley, Mint and Basil
1 bag of yellow and red tomatos
Heres what I made;
Herb butter cubes
Mint infused water
Steak with stir fried Aubergine, courgette with herbed butter glaze
The Yam Leaves go in my green drink every day!
Sundried tomato, salami and Aubergine and Courgette pasta and salad
Summer Squash Lasagna with Probiotic Whey (had the sundried toms in the sauce)
Lentil Tacos with Romaine lettuce leaves as shells
Carrot cake bites with Cinamon Kefir cheese frosting,
Watermelon and Coconut Water Kefir cooler.
