Online 4 Week Mindfulness Course
This class will be on zoom with the video off and muted so you can lie back and relax without the distraction. You will be able to ask questions in the chat section. This is suitable for all levels including beginners.
Each week will have:
- Different theme
- Start with a simple breathing technique.
- We will then drink some water using a different sense.
- The EFT tapping session will follow and each week we will use a different emotion. You will follow me with the tapping for about 10-15 mins.
- Finish with a guided meditation, blissed out and relaxed.
