
In-Person 4 Week Mindfulness Course
This class will be in-person at Kinsale Health Hub. This is suitable for all levels including beginners.
Each week will have:
- Different theme
- Start with a simple breathing technique.
- We will then drink some water using a different sense.
- The EFT tapping session will follow and each week we will use a different emotion. You will follow me with the tapping for about 10-15 mins.
- Finish with a guided meditation, blissed out and relaxed.
