March is a BODY SCAN meditation:
A body scan is one of the most effective ways to begin a mindfulness meditation practice, it is probably something you may have done before. Using the breath and visualisation techniques to check in with the whole body, to listen to any areas that are trying to communicate to you. Giving the body the time, space and patience to be acknowledged. The purpose is to tune in to your body—to reconnect to your physical self. During the meditation, try to notice any sensations you’re feeling without judgement or diverted thought process.
Studies have found that a body scan guided meditation may help you to become more self-aware, confident and present, cope with and potentially reduce pain, feel more relaxed and less anxious and have better quality sleep.
