In-Person Fermentation Class: Sauerkraut and Kimchi
The easiest ferments to make are brine ferments. All you need are some vegetables and salt. Sauerkraut and Kimchi are similar and very different, both are brine ferments.
Join me to learn how to make fermented foods in your own home. Using ingredients that are easy to buy, you may even be growing some vegetables yourself. This will be a demonstration class but full recipes will be sent to you to make at home with confidence.
