I am not a potato fan. Married to an Irish man- this creates some problems! This cauliflower mash is delicious I don’t know why it took me so long to try! We had it with sausages, fried onions and peas (the kids chowed down- they don’t like mashed spuds either!!). It was so easy you can just follow the pictures!
