Return and Refunds Policy

At Loula Natural, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refunds policy for products sold in Ireland:

Returns:

  1. We accept returns on undamaged and unused products within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@loulanatural.com within the specified return period to obtain a Return Authorization.
  3. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  4. Returns are accepted for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not meet the product description.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued for eligible returns and are subject to approval.
  2. Refunds will not be admitted solely due to a change of mind.
  3. Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process the refund within 30 working days.
  4. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Credit Notes:

  1. In cases where a refund is not applicable, credit notes may be issued for the value of the returned product.
  2. Credit notes can be used for future purchases on our website.

Exemptions:

This return and refunds policy does not cover:

  • Perishable goods.
  • Products with signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Products without proof of purchase from our store.

When making an appointment with Loula Natural please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to.

1. All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

2. You must be over 18 to make a booking or be making a booking for someone you are the legal guardian for. All children under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent.

3. If you need to cancel your appointment you must do this with 24 hours notice or you will still be charged for your session. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so a new appointment can be arranged.

4. Payment for your session is required upfront and you can make payment after your appointment is confirmed here (http://loulanatural,com/shop) or via the invoice sent to you. By making an appointment you are agreeing to the fees shown here.

5. All details discussed in your session are strictly confidential and your files are kept safe for up to 7 years.

6. When making your booking you must provide an up to date email address or phone number so that you can be contacted in relation to your appointment.

7. You agree to fill out all initial health questionnaires sent prior to your session and they will be sent it back 24hours before you are due to meet. The information will be true and to the best of your knowledge and is signed and dated. This information will be filed securely and will be completely confidential.

8. You understand that by booking an appointment you are consenting to your details being used only by Loula Natural to contact you and will not be shared with any other party.
