Breakfast in a Glass


I normally have my Chia Porridge for breakfast and my morning smoothie. Today I fancied my breakfast out of a glass! I am all about nutrient dense foods- I want as much nutrition in everything I eat and this has everything you would want in a breakfast! BONUS It was really yummy!!


1 tbs soaked oats

1 banana

2 tbs Stewed Rhubarb and Ginger

1/2 Avocado

1 1/2 Cups Oat/ Almond Milk

2 tbs Hemp seeds

1 tbs Almond Meal

pinch of cinnamon

1tbs Coconut yoghurt

1tbs Coconut oil

1/2 tbs Gelatin


Whizz it up, stick in a straw and enjoy!
