Benefits of Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT also known as tapping) is a safe, gentle, non-invasive technique that uses a combination of tapping on acupressure points around the body and modern psychology techniques (NLP). It is one of the simplest and quickest ways to enhance your emotional and physical health. 

EFT looks at discovering the cause of a physical and emotional response. By working on the root, you are able to have a longer lasting effect that helps to rebalance all of the body systems.

Physical and emotional symptoms are interconnected, be able to identify the links and regain balance. You can use it to help you to achieve goals you never thought possible and be the person you have always wanted to be.

There have been over 100 published studies using meridian tapping approaches and 98% of the published studies resulted in favour of EFT. 

Trauma can be all sizes, each one of us has had some kind of trauma in our life that we can benefit feeling free from. You do not even need to be conscious of the behaviour patterns and thoughts that are related for EFT to work.

EFT does not adversely interact with any medications, diet, physical limitations or mental capabilities. Both patients and family members can benefit from using this EFT course.
