  • Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Make sure it includes a good quality protein and is full of nutrients to last through to the morning snack. All ingredients are organic.

    Loula Porridge

    Ingredients:

1/2 bowl full of oats (the bowl you will eat out of)

Oat milk/water (can also use almond, soya or rice milk)

1 1/2 tbs of crushed nuts (options include; almonds, walnuts, brazils, cashews, pumpkin seeds, seasame seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds)

Handful of berries (cherries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

    1/2 banana sliced

    1 tsp cinnamon

    1/4 tsp nutmeg

    (optional: agave syrup)

Put oats in a saucepan and cover with oat milk and water. Place on a medium heat and stir. As the oats thicken crush the nut mixture in a pestle and mortar till chunky crushed making sure you especially crush the seeds. Add to oats. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg to taste and add banana. Fold in berries right at the end, adjust consistency with oat milk till happy. Taste first, only then can you decide on adding the agave! Enjoy hot or cold.

    Boiled Eggs with Avocado

    Ingredients:

    2 Free Range organic eggs

1 slice of rye bread cut in half

    1/2 Ripe Avocado

Sea Salt and cracked black pepper

    (Optional extra: Goats cheese, tomato)

Boil water in kettle. When boiled pour into sauce pan and add two eggs, set timer for 5 mins. Toast rye bread and peel avocado and cut in half. When rye bread is toasted, mash the avocado onto each half. Add optional extras if you like. When eggs are boiled scoop each one out and cut up on top of avocado.
