"I first used the Bach Flower Rescue Remedy some years ago but although I had read about the individual flower remedies I had never thought to use them. In the middle of 2007 I had a very stressful time at work and then with my health. This resulted in a slide into Anxiety Syndrome. I already knew Louise as she is my personal trainer, so I asked for help as I was reluctant to go the route of medication. Louise suggested prescribing Bach Flowers...together we decided the remedy for me. I took them regularly and additionally at times of special need. The remedies are very gentle, not addictive and can be taken as frequently as needed. Over the weeks, as I improved, the prescription changed. I now take them occasionally as I need them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
